Quick guides for the things parents do most often — registering for a class, marking an absence, viewing a report card, finding an invoice, and getting in touch with Magalie's team.

How to register for a group class

Group registration runs through the schedule. You'll pick a time slot, choose your swimmer, sign the waiver, and pay by e-transfer.

    Open the schedule

    From any page, click “Book A Class” or open the schedule. Group classes show under the Group Sessions tab.

    Pick the right class

    Each time slot runs two parallel classes — Magalie's group for Preschool 1-5 + beginners, and a second instructor's group for Swimmer 1+. Use the level chart on the home page if you're unsure where your child fits.

    Add your swimmer and confirm

    Sign in (or create an account), select the swimmer to register, review the session details, and sign the waiver if it's a new family year.

    Pay by e-transfer

    After you register we email your invoice. Send an Interac e-transfer to the email address shown on the invoice and put your invoice numberin the e-transfer message. Your invoice number is shown on the invoice and in the email — it's how we match your payment to your booking automatically. Your spot is held once your payment is received.

How to book a private group

Bring your own group of swimmers and book a private session. The lead family books the package, then invites the rest of the group with a shareable link.

    Open private sessions

    From any page click “Book A Class” or open the schedule, then switch to the Private Sessions tab.

    Walk through the booking wizard

    Choose your pool, instructor availability, and the weekly time slots that work for your group. Confirm the swimmer count and level mix so we know who'll be in the water.

    Reserve as the lead family

    Sign in (or create a family account) and reserve the package. The lead family's spot is locked in once payment is received — invitees come next.

    Invite the rest of your group

    After booking you'll get a shareable invite link. Send it to the other families joining your group — they sign in, add their swimmers to the same booking, and pay their share.

    Pay by e-transfer

    Each family pays for their own swimmer(s). Send an Interac e-transfer to the email address on your invoice and put your invoice numberin the message — that's how we match each payment to the booking. Each swimmer's spot is held once their payment is received.

Heads up — Private groups need a minimum number of swimmers to run. If invitees haven't registered before the first lesson, we'll be in touch to confirm next steps.

How to inquire about 1:1 private lessons

Solo (1:1) private lessons are subject to instructor availability. Start with a message — Magalie reviews each one personally and replies with a registration link if there's a match.

    Send us a message

    Open the contact page, let us know you're interested in 1:1 private lessons, and tell us about your swimmer — age, current level, preferred days, and what you'd like them to work on.

    Wait for Magalie's reply

    Magalie reviews messages directly. If she can match you with an instructor and time slot, you'll get an email with a private registration link.

  3. 3

    Register through your link

    The link opens a tailored registration page already set up for the swimmer and slot Magalie proposed. Sign the waiver and confirm.

    Pay by e-transfer

    Same as group: we email your invoice, then you e-transfer to the email address on the invoice with your invoice number in the message so we can match it.

Heads up — 1:1 spots are limited. If Magalie can't match availability right away, she'll offer the next opening or point you to the closest group fit.

How to register an absence

If your child can't make a class, register the absence in advance to stay eligible for a make-up.

    Sign in to your dashboard

    Sign in, then open your dashboard.

  2. 2

    Open the swimmer

    Click on the child whose class you need to miss. Their schedule and upcoming dates are listed at the top.

  3. 3

    Mark the absence

    Find the class date you need to miss and click "Register Absence". This is required at least 24 hours before class to qualify for a make-up.

How to view a report card

Report cards are completed by Magalie or your child's instructor at the end of each session. You'll get an email when one is ready, and you can revisit it any time from the portal.

    Wait for the email

    When a report card is ready you'll get a New Report Card email with a direct link.

  2. 2

    Open the dashboard

    Sign in and click on the swimmer whose report card you want to view.

  3. 3

    Open Report Cards

    Each swimmer's profile has a Report Cards tab, alongside Enrollments and Attendance, listing every report card we've sent for them, newest first. Click any card to view it.

How to find an invoice or check payment status

Every registration creates an invoice. You can review every invoice and its payment status from your portal.

    Open Invoices

    Sign in and open the Invoices section of your dashboard.

  2. 2

    Check the status

    Each invoice shows whether it's paid or awaiting payment. Awaiting-payment invoices display the invoice number you put in your e-transfer message.

    Resend a confirmation

    If you misplaced the original invoice email, you can re-send it to yourself from the invoice page.
